One Association for Nepal's AVL Professionals
We bring together sound engineers, lighting designers, technicians, rental houses and production companies from across Nepal. Together we set fair standards, share what we know and back each other up on the job.
About Us
Started by Professionals Solving the Same Problems
AVL Association of Nepal started with a small group of sound engineers, lighting designers, video technicians and rental companies who were tired of solving the same problems alone.
Today it includes individual professionals, studios, production houses and suppliers from across the country, all working toward the same thing: an industry that's better organized and taken more seriously.
- Professional Standards
- Clear, shared guidelines for equipment, rigging and live production, so quality doesn't depend on who you hired.
- Training & Mentorship
- Training, certification and mentors for technicians, from your first job to your hundredth.
- Fair Business Practice
- Clear pricing, real contracts and a baseline of ethical conduct among member companies and freelancers.
- Industry Representation
- One voice for AVL professionals when authorities and event organizers are making decisions that affect us.
